provide IT/engineering support by testing existing and/or emerging* technologies and equipment to ensure fitness for vital tasks
*troubleshoot servers, PCs, laptops and various testing equipment in hardware and software development environment
document and track failures, report finding to lead and/or engineering teams *
break/fix repairs on any type of leaser printer/copier *
experience in printer network connectivity/configuration *
help desk experience *
extensive technical and operational knowledge of HP, DELL, EPSON, must be able to repair and diagnose printers *
must be able to correlate printer errors and symptoms to replacement part*
excellent customer service skills *
HP certification preferred
WebJet Admin experience or knowledge required *
maintain ownership of problem tickets through completion.*
project management experience preferred*
provide stellar customer service *
