National Sales Manager KSA Consumer Electronics - Manpower Middle East

We are looking to recruit a dynamic & Sales driven National Sales Manager who has proven insight and relationships with key market Retailers in KSA, The brands are mid and high range Consumer Electronics and Appliances with a solid reputation globally and proud of their accreditations as quality and excellance standards ambassadors : Reporting to the CEO managing and managing approx. 20 staff: the Job Purpose is for the achievement of overall Sales target within budgeted gross management. Ensure stock availability by timely and accurate forecast. Capable of being/becoming second in command to CEO Key Responsibility Areas:

• Achievement of sales target- within budgeted gross margins - by driving sales profitably based on the right mix in terms of both sales channels and products.

• Credit management, reduction of risks, timely collection

• Effective negotiations and meetings with customers

• Developmentof customer base to large and credit worthy customers ? Regular Increase of SKU’s in retailers stores.

• Keeps sales returns below 1%

• Timely/accurate monthly forecasting and monthly stock reporting from customers.

• Maintains very high level of customer satisfaction by mobilizing the support of other departments.

• Proposes monthly prices and promotion on the base of thorough benchmarking.

• Managessales department costs and sales promotion and marketing costs within pre-approved budgets. ? Leads, supports, trains and motivates the sales team.

• Ensures quality sales report from sales team: Daily Sales Reports (DSR)

• Defends Company quality policy by implementing and controlling processes, proposing improvements, and actively participating in quality standard implementation.

• Advises the management on major business decisions Essential Skills:
