- Contribute to the achievement of the strategic objectives of the sector through performing own responsibilities and coordinating direct reports performance.
- Set the section’s goals and objectives and ensure the cascading of such to the direct reports’ individual goals and objectives.
- Apply individual items of sector’s policies, procedures and processes and ensure adherence and implementation.
- Coordinate with direct reports the performance of their delegated responsibilities.
- Ensure the on-going development of the section’s employees, and guide the activities of direct reports.
- Oversee the overall performance of direct reports according to communicated KPI’s.
- Manage source-to-contract process for the categories of Alliances & Partnerships, Special Projects and Devices & Terminals
- Lead RFPs issuance in the market as per internal customer request for Alliances & Partnerships, Special Projects and Devices & Terminals
- Receive RFP responses from suppliers for the relevant categories
- Establish tender evaluation committee and manage tender evaluation process including negotiations
- Finalize the contract post bid evaluation and negotiations
- Manage suppliers and update supplier database based on performance
- Responsible for ensuring adequate and appropriate contractual obligations in the contracts
Lead negotiation with suppliers on the pricing, technical specifications and other contractual obligations
Coordinate with functional departments regarding quality standards, supplier selection and alternatives
Perform any other related activities assigned by the direct Manager.
