Gather expansion data:
Coordinate with district managers (DM) to collect expansion data from cities municipalities / development authorities periodically.
Identify government & private sector projects in KSA.
Identify cities growth directions and business potential areas
Collect the documents of offered locations and analyze them:
Verify locations documents completeness (deeds, GPS location, owner offer)
Analyze the location and insure initial suitability for bank needs
Review location geographical specifications (GPS location, area, elevations …)
Coordinate with Engineering department to study offered locations
Manage channels geographical database and maps:
Collect geographical location of all ARB channels, competitors sites and business activities.
Analyze geographical characteristics of channels locations and insure suitability for bank needs
Manage database integration with other bank systems to show channels performance and availability.
