Jotun Paints Saudi Arabia is a Norwegian multinational company that celebrated 28 years in Saudi Arabia. Jotun Saudi has two production facilities in Jeddah and Yanbu and 5 sales offices and warehouses around the kingdom and plays a very important role in Jotun’s activities globally and within the Middle East.
We are seeking a dynamic and independent individual who can fulfill the HR Executive requirements to support Jotun's strategic and ambitious HR plans. You will be expected to assist in developing the HR services for all Jotun Saudi employees, taking care of internal and external recruitment and participating in all HR aspects such as compensation, payroll and competence development.

Job description
- Support the rapid growth of Jotun Saudi by advising managers in recruitment (pre-screening to selection) in order to ensure all vacant positions are filled on time with the best-fit candidates.
- Participate in development, implementation, and administration of a broad range of HR policies and programs including but not limited to: recruiting, compensation, benefits, training and employee relations.
- Ensure Jotun Saudi has a continuously competitive compensation system by participating in setting up and administering the yearly company compensation and benefits program.
- Represent HR with other departments by advising the employees and line managers in HR-related matters to ensure the continuity and smooth running of daily operations and employees' motivation.
- Help HR get closer to the business by generating and analyzing periodical reports and by ensuring that data in our HR systems is always updated.
