We are seeking an HR Officer with a demonstrated experience in planning, Organizing & executing HR activities in manufacturing sector or FMCG.
The HR Officer will be involved in End to end recruitment activity, performance Appraisal, local labor law compliance & other administration work
Will be responsible to generate monthly employee headcount, recruitment and turnover reports.
Job duties include but are not limited to:
• Handles Recruitment, Performance Appraisal, Labor Law compliance & Office Administration.
• Manages Training
• Ensures all policies &, procedures are adhered to and recommend improvements.
• Coordinate and follow up on local and overseas recruitment campaigns.
• Assists & supports the corporate HR team in any required task.
