• Oversee the installation and end-user training for all installed equipment and units
• Direct the maintenance team across Saudi Arabia to ensure timely and effective project execution
• Coordinate with the Sales and Logistics teams to ensure proper client communication and solve problems in a collaborative manner
• Prioritize and adequately respond to all customer maintenance requests to guarantee minimum downtime
• Schedule preventive maintenance visits to ensure all installed units are functioning properly
