Reporting to the Maintenance Manager.
The Maintenance Supervisor/. provides supervision and coordination of the activities of skilled trades engaged in a variety of duties which include mechanical and electrical maintenance activities. Incumbent is a working supervisor within the area of assigned responsibility, and may perform tasks in a variety of the trades. The Maintenance Supervisor/. assigns duties and assures work performance for exactness, neatness, and conformance to policies and procedures.
The Maintenance Supervisor/. monitors machines, equipment and filters, and ensures that needed repairs are scheduled and completed by the Maintenance Technicians. The Maintenance Supervisor is directly responsible for insuring the facilities and equipment are properly serviced.
Rescheduling / relocating crews as per available sources match able to the in hands projects.
Arrange summaries for current and make plans for coming projects under maintenance.
Ensure to provide call back systems and meet customer satisfaction timely.
