Development of the project budget and the cash flows in consultation with Accounting staff and Management.
Review and authorize supplier invoices related to project.
Audits contracts, orders, and vouchers, and prepares reports to substantiate individual transactions prior to settlement.
Identify and ensure booking of all project related expenditure in the project accounts in liaison with the accounting staff.
Ensure & coordinate implementation of accounting and accounting control procedures.
Report project variances to the management.
Preparation of weekly/monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) Reports for the management.
Respond to requests for more detailed analysis of the project.
Creation of all project related billings to the customers.
Confer with receivable staff/management regarding unpaid project billings and ensure every possible effort is done to secure timely payment of the invoices so as not to negatively affect the cash flows of the project.
Report on collection of funds from clients to management on frequent basis.
Ensure billing of all project related expenses to customer. Investigate any unbilled expenses & report to management.
Keep track of all funds utilization of the project in liaison with Procurement and related segments of the organization.
Report to management regarding the remaining funding available for the project.
Performs other related duties as assigned by the General Manager.
