Group: Marketing
Reports to: Head of Marketing
A) BRAND STRATEGY:
• Support in developing an identity, vision, strategic direction and policy for brand management, this is to enable the bank to achieve the required tom and image build up with all related customer segments.
• Support in developing the right brand strategies, advertising material and promotional campaigns bases on understanding customer needs
B) BRAND PLANS:
• Develop and recommend brand operational budgets and thus plans corresponding to the overall marketing strategy and processes
• Monitor and control approved budgets, achieving maximum efficiency levels for all delivered initiatives
C) MARKET RESEARCH:
• Initiate required market research for a better understanding of customer base and competitive environment
• Review and analyze research results & trends, leading to sound and focused recommendations for both business health & growth
• Identifying market gaps and recommending solutions (products, promotions, communication platforms…etc) to fill in these gaps
D) Leadership:
Rely on standards of leadership to create a customer/market need driven team culture
Apply initiative and follow through techniques to insure projects delivery and strong cross-functional relationships with all business teams
High level of involvement with all business teams leading to strong understanding of business trends, reporting and potential
E) Marketing Support
Work as an effective member of the marketing team to insure streamlining processes
Provide team support to develop brand unique selling propositions and spot-on target communication
F) Brand Management Standards
Ensure that brand management is executed in-line with international standards, so that decisions are made based on sound brand methodology
