Develop code for the targeted environment as well as participate in architectural discussions that are relevant to domain of expertise or responsibility; Propose and document software design, analyzing requirements, and presenting implementation options; Understand the full software development life cycle (SDLC); Embrace development best practices, and communicate clearly and effectively with peers, users, testers, and supervisors; Hands on, approach analyzing existing code, writing new code, testing, debugging and providing production support; Work on an onshore/offshore model and mentoring offshore developers as necessary.
