The showroom manager develops and manages a sales operating budget for the showroom and also develops and achieves budget for the showroom to increase company sales and profitability. The manager develops and leads the showroom team by hiring, training, coaching and providing feedback to the management as well as the associates.
•Plan and coordinate installation of new displays to ensures that the showroom carries adequate stock level to service the customer needs as well as the future sales forecasts
•Hire, train, supervise, assist and evaluate showroom sales associates.
•Establish strong client relationships for the purpose of repeat and referral business.
•Manage employees’ schedule to ensure adequate coverage during sales hours.
•Participate as a member of the Showroom Marketing Group and coordinate and supervise special projects such as trade shows and events
•Monitor showroom key performance indicators / Management of Information system and take the necessary actions accordingly.
•Maintain accurate and organized customer files; review the files regularly to ensure superior customer service
•Follow company policies and procedures
•Serve as liaison between showroom and other departments and coordinate special events sponsored by showroom
•Assist marketing manager with marketing functions for showroom, to include all forms of advertising media and special events.
•Effectively manage customer complaints and develops best practices to ensure customer satisfaction.
•Develop and manage an operating budget for the showroom; develop and achieve a sales budget for the showroom.
•Develop and support new sales & marketing initiatives.
