Job description
Lead and manage 4 RO production facilities and 2 wells fields, with their staff, to ensure the efficient operation and maintenance, as well as the reliability and safety of these installations.
Three plants are underground raw water treatment, one new is a sea water RO Plant 100,000 m3/d production capacity, fully automated.
Report incidents, raise modifications, review future projects specifications and engineering work. Lead the staff (50 people) and be responsible for the budget realization and compliance.
As the SWRO plant is actually under construction, the first 6 months to 1 year of the mission will be oriented :
- to participate to recruitment process in order to build and structure the team, as per defined chart organization and budget.
- to follow up the construction work being in a position of future operator.
- to start to define and organize the operation and maintenance system including technical documentation, work instructions, performance dash boards and reports.
- to gradually incorporate new staff, assign them their responsibilities and organize the service.
- to ensure that they are properly trained to operate the plant during the different phases of Testing and Commissioning (site training to be provided by the engineering contractor).
You will be responsible and guarantee :
- the compliance to the KPIs
- the compliance to the budget
- the water production optimization in terms of quantity and quality
- the service continuity
- the scheduling and proper performing of maintenance and operation activities
- the compliance to the internal rules and work instructions from the company, as well as contractual and legislative requirements.
- the safety of your staff and the facilities.
You will propose and implement all technical and organizational improvements to enhance the performance of your facilities.
You will regularly report data and budget inputs for operation & maintenance activities for future reference and senior management review.
