The Dealer Helpdesk shall provide timely and effective support to distributors and POS. He shall be mainly responsible in trying to resolve issues on- the- spot if possible or escalate them to the appropriate person/department effectively. Having worked previously in a retail sales or customer service environment, the ideal candidate must have a friendly approach, strong sales skills and project a genuine care or attention to customers.



Duties and Responsibilities



• Provide timely and an effective support to the company’s distributors/POS

• Create and maintain a log of activities on a daily basis

• Timely liaison between different departments and try to get the issues resolved as per defined KPIs

• Provide A-class customer services to our internal and external stake holders
