•Develop and maintain technical agenda of the activities of stakeholders with the help of technical project manager and designers.
•Facilitate technical meetings.
•Provide tools for reporting problems, coordinate activities between the teams, define the gaps and needs in terms of resources.
•Generate and maintain the states of advancement of projects.
•Maintain communication between the various technical teams.
•Communicate updates to the project leader.
•Help technical teams to prioritize their tasks, manage their deadlines and delays.
•Coordinating compliance schedule by working with other departments with deadlines on the project as well.
•Perform the tracking of project expenditures.
•You report to the Technical Project Manager.
