1. Coordinates with regional technical and regulatory affairs team for the preparation of registration dossier
• Collect all the required product registration documents
• Prepare compliance report or statement of compliance
• Ensure all the products and labels comply with the local regulatory and product standard requirement
• Communicate registration issues and timing and any needed registration support
• Maintain data base of registered product to identify registration number, registered label, date of registration and expiry dates
• Participate in any discussion about new product to understand the requirements for registration and product standard compliance
• Work with the technical team to find fast and effective ways of sustaining product registration
• Submit completed and approved registration dossier to Regulatory Affairs Manager
2. Ensure that all imported items conforms to country regulations including compliance to country product standards including PSRE, SASO and GCC and Levant
• Maintain comprehensive understanding of all requirements related to product compliance and registration
• Review clarity and accuracy of label markings including product ingredients, product usage instruction to determine that direction for use corresponds to effectiveness of product
• Send samples to external testing bodies approved by SFDA or SASO
• Participate in the implementation of PSRE (product Safety, Regulatory and Environmental) program of Saudi Johnson
3. Organizes and maintains registration records submitted to authority
• Maintain confidentiality of all intellectual and formula property of the company
• Conduct regulatory testing of products and studies to generate support for registration
• Alternate contact for government and regulatory affairs across Saudi, Gulf and Levant
• Monitor, collect and report regional legislative and regulatory issues and trends that will impact SCJ products, policies and procedures. Develop an action plan to address in case of issues like this.
