Job Scope :
Qualifications of consultants, contractors evaluation, bidding stage, complete design management tasks, reports, document control management for pre-construction stage, with special exp on Hotels, mixed use, commercial and residential projects
•Provides detailed, well-researched and well-articulated project budgets to company executives for decision making.
•Manage the budgeting, planning and building of a wide range of construction projects.
•Provide the executive direction for the management and completion of multiple projects each year. This includes the development and management of project designs, schedules, budgets, and contracts.
