Role Purpose:
To assist related Sales Manager [National / Regional / Fine Solutions] to grow sales and profit by leading, developing and motivating a team of sales professionals to achieve individual and team sales targets, in addition to manage own portfolio of clients account according to company standards in order to serve and grow existing business.
Key Accountabilities:
Generate Sales & Profit:
Drive profitability through increasing sales & controlling cost whilst maintaining company operating standards;
Stock Control;
Cash Control by ensuring No overdue payments;
Control all controllable costs ensuring any expenditure is authorized by the related superior as per authority matrix;
Drive DPSM [Distribution-Shelving-Pricing-Merchandizing] across assigned outlets.
Team Leadership:
Leads a sales team to achieve or exceed agreed sales target levels through the effective deployment and motivation of sales professionals;
Lead Sales Team meetings as per business needs on systematic base.
Sales Coverage & Distribution Plan:
Manages the selling cycle for own portfolio of accounts from allocation through to sales closure in order to service and grow existing business.
Sales Targets:
Makes personal calls on major accounts and potential leads at the middle to senior management level in order to achieve individual and team sales targets.
