The Role:
Run and perform collection campaigns and activities.
The Responsibilities:
* Monitor schedules to ensure Agents adherence to schedule.
* Carry out quality evaluations based on the agreed scoring methodology.
* Ensure that all agents receive required coaching.
* Collecting and analyze of Daily, weekly and monthly quantitative reports and make adequate recommendations.
* Achieve daily collection targets.
