The Role:
Supervise business activities, channels and teams to achieve Zain debit collection targets.
The Responsibilities:
* Supervise internal and external collection operations and activities and direct them to achieve their targets.
* Monitor and check work information and plans and organize time and resources efficiently.
* Analyze and provide business KPIs and operation performance reports of all collection channels.
* Enhance internal and external processes to prevent leakage and fix the gaps.
* Corporate with credit bureau, helpdesk and other department to insure dispute resolution.
