The person having experience with reputed Electro Mechanical Construction Companies in Procurement of Mechanical/ Electrical/ Instrumentation projects' plant materials, Consumables, Construction Tools & Tackles, Industrial Products, Construction Equipment as required from local KSA and International Market and having sound exposure to preparation of RFQ, obtaining Techno-commercial offers, evaluation of offers, Techno-commercial negotiations, placement of Purchase Orders, follow up with Vendors for timely deliveries etc. The Candidate should have in depth knowledge of market and sources of procurement at competitive and economical prices within the time frame for ensuring supplies to projects within the stipulated execution schedule and should have through knowledge of standards, specifications and methods of quality checks for buying the items. The person should be a team leader having excellent negotiation skills, knowledge of imports, Inco terms and should have ability to develop and manage vendors as also for finalizing sub-contracting arrangements with experience in inventory control using material management systems.
Qualification:
BE-Mechanical /Electrical Or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering preferably with PG Diploma in Marketing Management
Experience:
15 to 20 Years for Graduate Engineers and
18 to 23 years for Diploma Holders.
