A) FINANCIAL/MONETARY: (REVENUE/COST):
• Control Online Banking annual budgeted expenses and achieve preapproved annual targeted revenues
• Develop business plans and lead the implementation to increase the market share in terms of number of transactions and customer acquisitions as per the preapproved target
B) CUSTOMER/CLIENT: (INTERNAL/EXTERNAL):
• Manage alignment with internal/external partners
• Increase market share of number and volume of online customers
C) SUPPLIERS/ VENDORS: (REGULATORS/OTHERS)
• Participate in developing vendor selection criteria
• Interact with vendor to communicate business requirements
• Monitor vendor performance in running projects
• Comply with regulators’ directives and guidelines
D) PEOPLE/EMPLOYEE: (UNIT & BANK WIDE):
• Manage and lead teamwork of direct-reports with career path progress
• Treat people with respect; keep commitments; inspire the trust of others; work ethically and with integrity; uphold organizational values; accept responsibility for own actions
E) INTERNAL PROCESSES/PRACTICES: (PRODUCTIVITY/QUALITY/COMPLIANCE/REPORTING):
• Build and maintaining Online Banking long/short term strategies, business cases and profitability models
• Setup Online Banking high level security and procedures, and reviewing them on periodic basis
• Online banking marketing and promotion
• Develop business requirements related to technical development to a process/function in Online Banking services
• Manage initiatives and projects related to new/existing services and products delivery and/or enhancement
• Ensure the effective implementation, delivery and launch of products and services
• Identify and explore new business opportunities
• Prepare and submit regular MIS reports
