Sales Coordinator

• To report and assist the Annual General Manager of Sales Department.

• To estimate the sales forecast

• To arrange and maintain shipping documents

• To assist Sales Department to manage monthly and annual quotas.

• General office correspondence

• To respond quickly and efficiently to all in-coming sales enquiries, by telephone, fax and E-mail, preparing brochures as required

• To follow up with salesmen team and tracking and ensure proper deliveries to the customer

• To contract bookings and raising invoices

• To co-coordinate all details for the client, including food and beverage

• To respond to and co-ordinate all internal meeting requests

• To assist in order to implement the sales strategy as set by the Sales manager, and in association with the contracted banqueting caterers; including strategies for encouraging repeat business and up-selling

• To schedule meetings and preparing presentations are also some of the various and flexible roles of a sales coordinator.

• To brief and assist couriers if required

• To actualize marketing strategies, handling contracts and maintaining business communications with clients before, during and after a sale are key parts of the sales process that one must take full responsibility of.
