Assisting the auditors in the works, compliance with financial rules & regulations, financial reporting standards and the applicable accounting policies in the group..
Implement under the Senior auditor/ internal auditor supervision the audit programs to assess the financial reporting & fraud risks.
Participate in special audit assignments requested by the TOP management.
Assist the Internal Audit to run his duties professionally and to implement all the required tasks in efficient & effective manner within the time frame allocated.
Filling, and keep standards, lists, reports, and findings manipulated through the audit function.
Follow up and coordinates preparation of audit plans in conjunction with seniors and the auditee concerned.
Prepare and assist in preparing for reviewing all aspects of Group audit programs and review work with other auditors to ensure proper implementation of established audit procedures.
Inform, communicate and coordinate timing issues and availability of the audit team and auditee at the scheduled time and provide the division manager with any deviation to be approved by him.
Assess seniors and manager in data collection or studies that are required to fulfil auditing areas.
Follow up, as appropriate, the status for periodic reviews, determining methods of improvement, and recommending appropriate procedures.
Keep abreast of developments in the areas of internal audit and control. Attends conferences, seminars and reviews appropriate literature.
Facilitate control self assessment programs for department and work place teams.
Ensure that the team or the auditor is ready through preparing for audit objectives and procedures, prepare audit programs, and perform tests and analyses, and prepare Audit manuals, checklists, plans, previous finding review…etc.
