sales manager - مؤسسة العلامة العربية للتجارة (ArabSign)

• To lead a team to develop high quality sales across 4 channels of distribution (Commercial Direct/Commercial Intermediary/Personal Lines Direct /Personal Lines Intermediary) in response to and in accordance with predetermined annual sales & distribution strategy and sales targets.

• To take personal responsibility for the achievement of an annual GWP target across the channels of distribution, providing key account management to larger clients, brokers and other agents from whom business opportunities arise.

• To develop sales strategies for the assigned region.

• To assist in developing an annual Action Plan for the Branch sales team and make a positive contribution towards its achievement through the active leadership, motivation and guidance of the team.

• To ensure accuracy and efficiency in the processing of renewals, policies, endorsements and claims to established standards.

• To monitor and successfully controls credit within agreed targets

• To manage sales teams executives

• Experience in infrastructure and software solution sale

• To develop a relationship with all major companies and gain prequalification acceptance from each company

• To use software of all known and future projects that could provide with a revenue potential.

•To be knowledgeable for the following:

1-Routing and Sweeten

2-IP. Telephone

3-video conference

4-Network Severity

5-Physical Security

6-cabling

7-Data Center

8-IP Surveillance





MANAGEMENT AND RESEARCH

• Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.

• Forecast sales targets and ensure they are met by the team.

• Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet these targets.

• Work with marketing staff to ensure that prerequisites (like prequalification or getting on a vendor list) are fulfilled within a timely manner.

• Ensure all team members represent the company in the best light.

• Present business development training and mentoring to business developers and other internal staff.

• Research and develop a thorough understanding of the company’s people and capabilities.

• Understand the company’s goal and purpose so that will continual to enhance the company’s performance.
