1.Understand and comply with company’s policies, procedures and instructions.
2.Responsible (physically, systemize) for receive materials from (main warehouse, production, commercial containers……etc).
a)Inspect materials received (quality, quantities, batch numbers,expiry date & specifications ….etc)
b)Manage space & determine storage methods according to the FIFO guidelines and company safety procedure.
c)Ensure materials received are in good condition upon arrival &on proper pallets.
d)Receive materials in system sap (GR-goods receipt ).
e)Maintain the (GR) posting & (GR) filling system.
3.Responsible to load & issue materials (physically).
a)Handle preparation of delivery & delivery documentations (RFD-request for delivery).
b)Count & check materials issued (quantities, batch number, expiry date &specifications …etc) against delivery documents.
c)Ensure materials issued are in good condition; wrapped & on proper pallets.
d)Dispense materials as per company policy.
e)Maintain the (RFD) filling system.
4.Responsible about warehouse & inventory duties.
a)Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, housekeeping and security in the warehouse.
b)Regular inspection of refrigerated store rooms temperature.
c)Stock materials according to FIFO inventory system.
d)Conduct a daily physical cycle account.
e)Report to warehouse supervisor for materials near to expire, damage, defrost …..etc.
f)Regular inspect (shelves, pallets, cases ….etc) and change damaged or defective one.
g)In charge inventory and variances.
h)Instant report the incidents to warehouse supervisor.
