Implement the QC strategy including policies, processes and procedures and key performance measures and targets.
Develop and implements comprehensive training and guidance program to raise awareness of the QC systems and responsibilities with the aim of developing a strong quality culture within all levels .
Manage the systems to routinely monitor measure, analyze and report on QC compliance and performance.
Manage and ensure non-conformances and Client quality complaints are sufficiently investigated and reported and that root causes are identified, corrective and preventive actions taken and verifies as effective.
Implement a program of continuous improvement through review and analysis of QC performance and compliance.
Assist in advising company on all matters relating to Quality Control and ensure specification requirements are understood and complied with.
Coordinate with Clients, Consultants, Statutory Bodies and 3rd parties as necessary and assist in represent the company on all matters related to Quality.
Maintains open communication channels with the concerned parties to ensure proper feedback and initiate effective actions in quality relate areas.
Ensures that all aspects of the QCS policy and procedures are properly implemented and ascertains that the work carried out by the Construction Division and the Subcontractor complies fully with the agreed-upon Contract Documents.
Reports quality-related findings and proposes solutions to his Manager and the concerned Division Managers.
Advises his Management periodically, on construction sites work status and their compliance with the company policy and procedures.
Establishes standards for measuring the performance of quality control staff and advises them of their progress.
Acquaints everyone in the section with their responsibilities, authority and accountability and promotes individual development.
Promotes and organizes training activities related to work quality and reliability.
Ensures proper implementation of the its policies and procedures and that revisions and amendments are updated and communicated to concerned parties
Assumes the Manager's overall administrative functions according to the Company's established regulations and by-laws.
