- Ability to plan the production work effectively for one shift within production at one site.
- Plan schedules for production staff so that the work is optimally planned to deliver expected volumes. Supervise the daily work for the same purpose.
- Trouble-shoots daily problems directly linked to production, in a correct manner and in line with safety regulations.
- Report the technical status of the machinery to the maintenance function, to ensure that the machinery will be overhauled when so is required.
- Ensures that all activities are handled in line with safety and quality regulations
- Assist supervise and motivate staff in one location.
- Ability to communicate with superior management effectively.
