Accountabilities:
- Execute and contribute to the implementation of ISO 9001, TL 9000 and eTOM
- Monitor quality objectives and performance indicators
- Conduct diagnostic analyses for the identification and mapping of work processes
- Calculate, monitor and follow-up on operational performance, process risks and KPIs
- Document SLAs/OLAs for improving communication amongst all stakeholders
- Carry out internal quality audits to verify compliance of Quality Management Systems in line with guidelines and requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline of engineering or equivalent OR Master's Degree in Management/Business Administration
- ISO knowledge
- QMS Internal Auditor course
Required Experience:
- Minimum 3 years of relevant quality experience in a large organization, preferably within the Telecommunications industry
- Extensive experience in Quality Management Systems development, implementation and maintenance
- Expertise in process documentation
