-Established networks and relationships within the Client’s organization as well as across therelevant industry sector/s
-Undertake candidate market research.
-Undertaking cold calls to source candidates and referrals
-Attending relevant events and functions to form new relationships.
-Manage the End to End Recruitment Process Staff Requisition; sourcing candidates; interviewing; reference checking, offer management etc.
-Develop and implement strategies to develop Client’s internal talent pool with a view to facilitating registration of all internal talent in "skills in demand". Develop and maintain a register of critical internal talent.
-Analyze labor market trends, workforce plans and organizational intelligence to identify occupational trends and develop attraction strategies and methods
-Provide information and professional advice to key stakeholders around talent attraction and retention.
-Establish and implement talent supply systems and processes.
-Planning and scheduling tactics for the recruitment of critical and scarce talent.
-Establishing protocols for migrating candidates from candidate pool to talent pool.
-Updating candidate profiles on areas of potential and preferences.
-Establishing and implementing contact management programs for candidates and targeted talent.
-Developing and implementing differentiated Candidate Relationship Management activities with targeted talent.
-Providing reports on candidate relationship management activities.
-Recommend, influence acceptance and gain approval for contemporary attraction of sourcing methods to establish Client as a competitive employer of choice, and access the “passive candidate” market.
-Collaborate with hiring managers to develop programs for pro‐active recruitment activity with key clients, including planning, scheduling and resourcing for volume recruitment
-Document recruitment program for targeted occupational groupings and communicate to divisions and recruitment centre
-Drive customer and stakeholder management, with a strong focus on building networks and sourcing strategies. Provide professional HR advisory, consultancy and project management services.
-Conduct exit interviews / questionnaire for leaving staff with submitting weekly / monthly / quarterly summary report with recommended course of action.
-Provide professional advice concerning Client’s core recruitment principles at all times and utilize corporate systems and processes to manage recruitment and selection activities.
-Research and analyze HR management needs and organizational trends and issues occurring at local, state, national and international levels that are likely to affect the strategic direction and delivery of Talent Supply services in meeting business needs.
-Contributing to the collective team performance and accountabilities and supporting and assisting team members to achieve standards, goals and targets
-Develop and maintain departmental and organizational KPIs, i.e. time to hire, gap ratio, Saudization rate … etc
-Recommend individual development plans of subordinates.
-Prepare weekly/monthly/quarterly reports and any other ad hoc reports as needed.
