Preparation of relevant work instructions for all the processes in design department.
•Review, validate & approve each design & modification packages.
•Evaluate and assess all ongoing instructional programs.
•Manage the development of engineering requirement for specification, design criteria, engineering technical guides, standards and instruction to ensure design integrity.
•Analyze, evaluate the design learning needs and goals .
•Manage & plan the design deliverables in accordance with product requirements and Client’s expectations.
•Co-ordinate all product design matters between the key project stakeholders - Client, Design Team, third party specialist designers, etc. Involved in the design process.
•Review and monitor the Design Team is and design processes, procedures and quality management plans thus ensuring distribution of all design information and documentation to all relevant parties.
•Manage the review of key milestone deliverables for completion in relation to quality of design, implementation and co-ordination of design changes including Quality Assurance in accordance with scope of services.
•Review and manage all design related queries to an amicable resolution.
•Manage, co-ordinate and control all meetings in relation to the design / shop drawings to ensure the overall design requirements are integrated into the Project.
•Maintain proper control on the design drawings.
•Demonstrate cost consciousness.
•Maintain established policies and procedures, objectives, quality assessment and safety standards.
•Responds positively to the needs of customers, supervisors and colleagues
