Manager – Supply Chain solutions - Alrajhi Bank

POSITION SUMMARY

Design and development of Trade Supply chain solutions for overseas and domestic customers engaged in trade, specific trade transaction structures, to capture all business in the supply chain .Enhance business opportunities for the bank, corporate and commercial banking SME clients of the bank. Supply chain solutions include Trade Service Utility and BPO from SWIFT.

Design and development of Factoring and Forfaiting products



To collaborate with trade sales in identifying key trading countries,overseas trading partners of our customers and propose structured solutions .Operationally and strategically position and support the bank’s current and future trade finance products to meet the Trade Finance Business Unit financial targets.

Objective is to acquire customers, asset growth, market share, income maximisation, credit risk mitigation and retention amongst the bank’s affordable trade finance market segment.

Assist the Head of structured Trade and supply chain solutions in Development of plan to foray into the external corporate sales with designer trade supply chain solutions and in increasing visibility of the bank internationally.



MAJOR ROLE RESPONSIBILITY

Responsible for developing structured trade supply chain solutions specific to the customer needs in the chain, and measurement of product profitability.

Ability to cross sell bank's products.

To conduct Market surveys to gauge the product offering of the competitors Vs our product offering, and model generic supply chain solutions. . .

Working with Product and Structured trade managers and business analysts to design functional specification, write scopes and project plans for delivery platforms that can automate processes involved in Supply chain finance management.





ROLE CHALLENGES

•Develop supply chain finance products and structured solutions for high end customers and deliver through innovative delivery channels.

•Maximize share of wallet and cross-sell ratio of trade relationships

•To develop Saudi staff in trade services considering the technical and marketing skills combination required in the trade staff to be able to operate in line with the bank strategy with regard to trade finance.
