POSITION: Pastry Chef
LOCATION: Saudi Arabia
SALARY: $3,000 net + expat package
CLIENT: A contemporary urban, business and lifestyle destination; a luxury hotel catering to corporate and leisure travellers alike
IDEAL CANDIDATE:
• Solid resume of quality operations, good tenure and growth
• European trained/ experience with all around classic knowledge of cakes, pastries, desserts, petit fours, breads, gateaux, tortes and showpieces
• Appropriate credentials from an accredited school
• Possess effective oral & written communication skills
• Good working knowledge of cost controls, effective purchasing/vendor relationships
• Team player with the excellent organisational skills, ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Superior work ethic and excellent guest interaction skills
• Pastry Chef attributes necessary - leadership, coaching & training, quality control, HACCP and sanitation ….
