•Overall responsibility of the production process by ensuring availability of resources such as Man, Machine, Materials with the Area provided.
•Establishing procedures, controls which ensures that the defined standards are maintained & monitored.
•Providing regular reports in accordance with the systems derived.
•Maintaining proper Housekeeping in the Production Area.
•Ensure 5 S is practiced effectively in the entire Production Area.
•Ensure Visual Management & Visual Controls are followed in the Production Area.
•Prepare, review, approve implement & improve the production process which ensures that all Production information’s are available and that the production activities and resources operate with optimum efficiency.
•Ensure safe working practices and identification of environmental aspects.
