• Prepare and build business agreement on the marketing communications strategy
• Work in close co-operation with marketing center of excellences - research and analytics, public relations, brand, internal communications and digital marketing to develop and implement relevant marketing communications strategy
• Manage the team of marketing managers and marketing officers
• Act as mentor to the team and make sure of their professional grooming in terms of both soft and technical skills
• Manage requests from the business and operational teams for marketing and communications
• Lead strategic marketing communication projects
