Purpose:
Manages an efficient and profitable Regional Spare Parts Operations thereby ensures that Branches concerned in covered region complies with the company’s overall sales strategies & plans.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Formulate strategies and execute marketing plans to achieve sales & marketing goals in coordination with the Parts Managers in the region.
• Monitor the Annual Operating Budget for the Regional Branches and ensures that all expenditures are within the prescribed Budget, as well as formulate guidelines to monitor Sales Performance of each Regional Branch.
• Conducts regular Market Studies to explore possible New Product Lines and Projects like expansion of Branches and Networks.
• Conducts regular review of Stock Movements of each Regional Branch to avoid Excess/Dead Stocks, and keeps an optimum level of parts inventory to support customer’s requirements.
• Establishes a professional relationship with the Parts Managers to achieve support in the improvement of Overall Profitability.
• Formulate guidelines to ensure that Regional Branches clearly understands the process on Warranty Claims, Policy Adjustments, which applies the Manufacturer Warranty & Policy Procedures.
• Formulate Pricing Plans applicable to the market which are beneficial to the company.
• Conducts regular visit to all Branches, Hub-Towns and Customers in the region to determine requirements and improve services to customers.
• Performs other related functions as required by the Regional Manager
