1. Shall participate in the planning and budgeting process to determine all goods and services needs.2. Shall prepare the procurement plans for all required goods and services as per company's approved plans and obtain all necessary approvals.3. Shall participate with the CFO in determining the appropriated procurement methods (direct purchase, limited tender, open tender.....etc.) based on approved policies, plans and budgets.4. Shall coordinate with, or recommend, the potential list of vendors and suppliers, and will perform the required activities to qualify them as approved suppliers and vendors of Our Large company; he shall also update the list annually as appropriate.5. Shall prepare all necessary bidding/Requests for Proposal documents based on the technical specifications of the requesting departments and the general, commercial, legal, and financial terms approved by Finance and Accounts Department.6. Shall participate in the evaluation process of bids and proposals along with other technical and financial parties within, to select the successful supplier/vendor.7. Shall coordinate with the Accounting Section regarding the issuing of purchase orders to suppliers/vendors.8. Shall be responsible for arranging all required shipping and customs clearance of any imported goods, and shall ensure the safe transfer of goods to warehouses or directly to customers as appropriate.9. Shall be responsible, with the cooperation of the Accounting Section, for ensuring the timely manner of making the required payments to all suppliers and vendors and to maintain good working relationships with them.10. Shall be responsible for supervising technically all activities of warehouses to ensure the safety of the stock and the accurate and timely delivery of all requested goods.11. Shall generate all kinds of reports related to supply chain and make them available to all concerned users and internal customers.12. Shall strive to achieve cost reduction to all supply chain activities.13. Shall perform any other related duties as instructed by the CFO.
