On behalf of our client a leading company in metal trading, processing, and recycling business we are seeking a Utility Engineer for a major new project to be based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.
The Utility Engineer is responsible for the management and co-ordination of the technical aspects relating to the design, supply, and installation and commissioning of the utilities required for the correct operation of the Plant. This includes equipment that delivers hot water, heat and air conditioning, as well as sewer, gas, electric services to the production plant, central workshop, plant office, admin office and utility equipment within plant premises. The Engineer is also responsible on design different types of machinery such as pipes, pumps, cranes and other mobile equipment, maintain records, manage the project contract process and supervise the inspection of utility equipment.
