A reputable organization in Saudi Arabia is seeking for a “BILINGUAL SENIOR ACCOUNTANT” to carry out its accounting operations. Academic Qualification: Minimum Graduate in Commerce/Accounting or Business Administration The candidate must have an experience of minimum 5 years in an automobile industry in a similar role and shall be able to perform the following but not limited to these functions: • Ensures the integrity and confidentiality of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions. • Responsible for preparing financial statements. • Responsible of Preparation of daily, weekly and Monthly Reports. • Responsible for Examine and Analyze the Accounting records to supporting documentation. • Maintain sales and purchase ledger on daily basis. • Ensure all invoices are accurate. • Ensure that cash book is updated and posted to ledger on daily basis. • Maintain petty cash management. • Responsible for costing and valuation of stocks. • Good Interpersonal Skills, Team Working and Team building skills, • Can communicate effectively. • Well versed with Arabic and English Language The candidate must have a sound understanding of the accounting functions and be well versed with using Microsoft excel and have worked previously using ERP such as Peachtree, QuickBooks and Oracle Financials. The candidate would be expected to work on anywhere in Saudi Arabia and should be committed to serve his best for the organization. Excellent remuneration package shall be offered to the selected candidate. Note: Bilingual candidates with experience in automobile industry shall be preferred.
