Major Duties & Responsibilities
• Plan and implement the selection processes as determined by business needs and HR Policy
• Plan and implement local and international Staff recruitment & selection processes as per company's need and plan
• Build a relationship with local and overseas recruitment agencies.
• Prepare and maintain Company yearly Manpower planning for the organization.
• Maintain Recruitment Budget.
• Develop recruitment and placement process to ensure smooth & timely operations.
• Plan and coordinate CV searches and ensure potential shortlisted.
• Conduct applicant initial interviews and ensure selecting best candidate in close co-operation with line managers.
• Develops and implements new employee orientation programs.
• Develops and implements plans to ensure hiring needs are met.
• To be part of the team in by supporting development and internal talent process, management resources planning and succession plan.
• Knowledge of Saudi Labor Laws, visas and other regulations.
