The Role:
The role of the Host/Hostess within the Front-of-House team is to ensure that all guests receive an amazing experience from their first point of contact with the team, whether that is on the telephone making a reservation to simply walking in.
Qualifications & Requirements:
You will have/be:
* Friendly and approachable
* A willingness to go the extra mile in ensuring guests' needs are met
* A huge passion for customer service and hospitality
* At least 1 years' experience in a similar role within a hotel or fine dining concept
* A relevant hospitality qualification would also be desirable
