• Checking freights; receive daily shipping documents to all daily incoming shipments from suppliers
• Control of inbound receipts Reporting losses/damages
• Check to all daily returns received from customers
• Checking Outbound Van loading customers deliveries stock transfers between branches so as to have swift flow and finish the loading on the given scheduled time
• Stock replenishment
• Reporting Weekly Pallet Capacity
• Maximize space utilization
• Weekly Cycle count
• Co-ordinate with transportation to solve any delivery /inter warehouse transfers issues on daily basis
• Daily weekly monthly reports are to be sent on time to all concerned
• Train staff and prepare schedules to ensure adequate coverage to all facilities/warehouse keeping, and maintenance.
• Performing field surveying periodically.
• Completing daily, weekly, monthly check lists, reports forms
• Any Other tasks assigned by management
