Maintenance Sales Manager - Gulf Group Co.

• Lead different teams of HVAC Department of Maintenance, repair works and sales of the company.

o Sales Engineers

o Maintenance Technicians.

o Technical Staff.

• Coordinate Company works with different Departments.

• Market Gulf Group Works with existing clients and work to introduce our company new clients.

• Supervise all Estimations and help the executive sales engineers achieve sales targets.

• Review designs and BOQ specs and prepare proposals/ bids for private and government clients for electromechanical services, repairs and replacement projects for our maintenance department.

• Follow up existing maintenance service contracts and introduce new clients.

• Train executive sales engineers and maintenance staff on newly technical issues and improve department performance.

• Supervise the production of HVAC shop drawings across multiple projects.

• Search for maintenance, replacement, refurbishment projects and service maintenance contracts.

• Monthly reports / regular meeting with department staff.

• Prepare monthly progress payments related to maintenance department.

• Identify new potential clients

• Visit clients with sales Engineers and department staff.

• Pre- Qualify Gulf Group company with new clients.

• Lead and coordinate all sales activities.

• Build up market recognition

• Assume full responsibility for department revenues and manage department expenses with company management.

• Plan and implement yearly sales targets and objectives.

• Daily control of sales staff and their activities based on sales target.

• Identify and approach potential new clients to develop customer base in different segment of the market, convert enquiries in to sales.

• Develop business relationships with existing clients and, in particular, key accounts to maximize revenue.

• Develop company profile to ensure awareness of the company among all target groups.

• Maintaining a good command of the software applications and tools required for your work.

• Work toward building the overall strength and performance of the sales team and relevant logistics as a whole.

• Provide market intelligence to management in order to keep up Gulf Group competitiveness.

• Provide weekly sales and activity reports to the management.

• Arrange and lead new business meetings, delivering sales presentation in professional manner.
