Throughout the program you will gain exposure to bespoke training, development and practical experience to kick start your career with us. You will experience many different areas of our growing business to help maximize your learning and reach your full potential in the group. Alongside our structured and specially designed learning initiatives, you will also have responsibility from day one working on real-life assignments and projects, giving you hands on experience to compliment your learning journey. You can apply to work in one of our 4 development streams:
• Marketing - In our marketing stream, you could be exposed to marketing and promotions, different brands planning, visual merchandising, suppliers / customers’ relationship, media and PR plans, CRM and digital marketing.
• Sales & Commercial - Here you could be exposed to: sales cycles, customer account planning, market analysis, relationship management, product knowledge, and trend analysis & performance management.
• Human Resources - In our HR stream, you could be exposed to: recruitment and selection, training and development, talent management and HR processes.
• Finance & Accounting - You could be exposed to: financial data analysis, forecast and budget processes, KPIs modeling, P&L analysis and projections aligned to promotions, product launches, and new openings and budgeting. Upon starting with us you will receive a 1 week induction program to learn more about Jamjoom & Chalhoub Group, our structure, our business, the industry we work in, how the program will work and how to gain the best from it.
Throughout the 12 month program you will do 3 role rotations in your selected stream - each will last for 4 months - this will help you to maximize your learning, experience different areas of our business and fast track your development. Finally, you will also be part of a graduate development community, working and networking with other graduates on the program and you will also have the opportunity to coach and mentor future graduates.
