- Troubleshoot & support commonly known issues for desktop, peripherals, mobile devices and server infrastructure .
- Effectively install and deploy operating system, applications and services patches
Build, maintain and deploy desktop master images
- Maintain desktop and server assets and stock levels
- Create and maintain user accounts on windows infrastructure
- Monitor server and desktop performance and produce reports
