Cost Control Engineer - Raydan Factory for Perfabricated Houses

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform and follow the project costs and periodical review ensure that expenditures are kept within the project budget

• To optimize cost control through ensuring tight control of materials & resources

• To initiate action to endure all unit costs are in line with agreed budgets

• Responsible to control and monitor project total expenditure including verifying and checking of invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and properly recorded

• Provide cost control and planning advice to the Production team as and when required

• Perform and manage project activity scheduling and monitoring

• Coordinate and work with the project management team to resolve project issues to ensure the delivery/completion of the project work

• Attend project meetings and discussions with clients

• Coordinate and supervise work at various Project sites

• Perform other activities that may assign periodically
