• To conduct risk assessments on FNSS ME sites and design risk mitigation measures.
• To develop all the required documentation, operational checks and reports for the HSE Management System including corrective and preventive measures.
• To provide HSE improvement proposals stating the non-conformance, proposed corrective action, required resources for corrective action and plan of implementation.
• To investigate the root cause HSE complaints put forward by staff members, clients and/or contractors and report the result to the plant manager. To follow up the implementation of corrective where necessary.
• To assist with the implementation of Job Safety Analysis and inspect job site activities during difficult or hazardous work situations.
• To review and analyze accidents and near miss incidents and making corrective action recommendations.
• To ensure regular emergency response exercises and drills are conducted to ensure the highest level of preparedness in any emergency. Maintaining records of such drills, providing recommendations for emergency response improvements.
• To organize the regular inspection of firefighting, safety and emergency response equipment.
• To develop and implement field location emergency response procedures and evacuation plans.
• Supervise on-site doctor and paramedic in medical emergency response preparation and in screening of the health condition of our employees.
• To prepare written weekly and monthly HSE reports, statistics and presentations related to HSE performance.
