Job Description:
The Data Management expert oversees all the areas related to the information and data quality not only in the EDW but extends to the other operational systems to ensure the accuracy of the data.
• Build a data management team and train them
• Manage multiple stakeholders, understand their problem or analytical requirements, and build/design reusable assets/frameworks for Data services
• Collaborate across multiple internal stakeholders to get a project/solution delivered
• Develop strategies to maximize the value of the data and its impact
• Deploy and build wide-ranging business knowledge to design and build robust data management roadmaps for different industries and domains
• Be on top of ever changing industry needs and up-to-date on new solutions, tools, platforms and architecture framework for data management
• Take a holistic view of a problem and choose appropriate tools/platforms/solutions to solve it
• Good knowledge of the commercial tools and the open source alternatives
