• Advanced user of AutoCad and REVIT as well as experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office products.
• Familiarity of HVAC and plumbing, and materials and construction methods used for various applications.
• Understanding of isometric and schematic drawings; ability to interpret engineering, architectural, and construction plans, drawings and specifications, and knowledge of building and mechanical codes is required.
• Works well under pressure particularly when faced with unexpected events, delays, tight timelines or urgent demands.
