• Prepare and review Plans layout of projects and integrates engineering elements of the designs for client review and approval.
• review perspectives, designs, construction procedures, zoning and building codes, and information regarding design, specifications, materials, color for client approval.
• Prepares scale drawings and sketches.
• Administers construction drawings and conducts periodic on-site observation of work during construction to monitor compliance with plans.
• May use computer-assisted design software and equipment to prepare project designs and plans.
